It is important to position the baby correctly for trouble-free breastfeeding. In the first few days, mother and baby practice breastfeeding together. Both learn to grasp the breast properly, to put it on early and frequently, to recognize the newborn's natural signs of hunger, or, depending on the mother's feeling of congestion, to empty the breast.
The start of breastfeeding requires enough time and rest. This is the only way to achieve effective sucking, and mom and baby can enjoy breastfeeding.
