Course content:

Pelvic floor muscle exercises, general strengthening, focusing on abdomen and back, as well as mobilization and development of shoulder and neck muscles.

Space for exchanging experiences, talks and getting to know each other in a closed group.

Please bring your own sheet or blanket to put on, as well as a changing mat for the baby and your own toys!
